Good ingredients, good craftsmanship
In our meat-aging fridge hangs Swedish meat from Scan, selected and signed off by butcher Benny Granqvist. We choose meat based on origin, marbling and tenderness. Pick your cut, we grill it over charcoal and serve it with creamy sauces and memorable sides. If you prefer fish, greens or vegetarian options, those are available too.
